Non Traditional Structures.
I have gained more experience and knowledge about how to work with non traditional structures and use them as an experienced professional. Knowledge of mechanical engineering and skills of calculation, analyses and usage methods were developed. Work experience king with these kinds of structures needs a critical attitude, but also an assertive approach of knowledge and skills. I also got a lot experience of working with nature related concepts for structures, which are very often non traditional. With this package of experience and knowledge, I will be able to develop own concepts and design solutions.
• Knowledge and skills with light weight structures. Olympic Swim Stadium
• Skills in the analyses of structural stability; 1st till nth order stability. Mechanica 7a (Dutch)
• Skills in working with the Finite Element Method in software like ESA Prima Win, GSA, Abaqus and ANSYS to determine complex structures. Graduation Project
• Skills in the calculation of geometrical non- linear structures. Project Human Tissue.
• Skills in usage of different kind of materials, like concrete, timber and steel. (Dutch)
