Making Proces
Next to the amount of money I won, they would also produce and realize my design. After making specific drawings of the design and lumber malls, while reflecting with the company who would make them, the reinforcement and type of concrete for this organic shape had to be calculated. The company who made the malls worked for four whole weeks with three carpenters to make the two malls. After the malls were finished, they were transported to the precast concrete factory. The elements were produced of high-strengt density concrete with an addition of coloring to make the concrete anthracite. When the two elements were at enough strengt, they were assembled. The chair was finished and ready to present at the conference. The whole producing and preparation process took no more than eight weeks, which is a great achievement!
